We recently purchased a house in Huapai with Deepak Nain working as our buyer’s agent. This was complicated by the fact that we wanted to buy a house in kumeu area that too within a reasonable price. From start to finish Deepak ushered us through the process in a very thorough and gracious manner. After first open home visit, we wanted to have another visit to the house before putting an offer. While we were on a second visit, Deepak gave us detailed and helpful information about the schools, markets and neighborhoods in the area.
